– Generative design-assisted lower leg arch shape increases torsional stiffness by 20%, while reducing overall material
– Additional 30mm bushing overlap than the prior model 36, reduces chassis friction, increasing stiffness, and boosting performance
– New compliant FLOAT EVOL air spring design allows for a slight misalignment under load, reducing chassis friction noticeably
– Lower leg bypass channels were relocated 90° inboard to a lower stress area, reducing dynamic friction under bending forces
– Double-butted stanchion (on damper side) shaves weight, helping us achieve goal of zero weight increase
– New air spring top cap for easier air volume adjustments, removable with cassette tool (Sold separately)
– Redesigned bleeders are sleeker and easier to operate
